Theo Brown is contracted as a freelance developer to complete a defined set of Shopify development tasks including theme swapping, header/footer updates, accessibility improvements, design system standardization, and eCommerce functionality enhancements. All work must follow Evolve Systems’ SOPs, accessibility standards, and AI usage policies (maximum 25% AI-generated copy allowed).

Compensation:

  • Flat fee of $2,000 for the full scope

  • Payments are made bi-monthly or upon project completion

  • Final payment is contingent upon client sign-off

Other Terms:

  • Freelancer must follow strict confidentiality, professional conduct, and security protocols

  • No unauthorized expenses will be reimbursed

  • All work is owned by Evolve Systems and cannot be used in personal portfolios

  • A current W-9 is required; a 1099 will be issued
